Procedures for tomorrow

Good evening everyone!  Attached is a drop-off and pick-up map for this school year (pending construction changes).  If you are dropping off/picking up your kiddos for sports, your coaches will give you times and places.  THE PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE HIGH SCHOOL IS AN ABSOLUTE NO PARK/DROP-OFF/PICK-UP SPOT!!!  It is only for visitors during the day (visitor spots are painted with a giant V).  The cafeteria parking lot is not for dropping students off to eat in the morning.  Students wishing to eat breakfast (not just hang out in the cafeteria) need to be dropped off near the playground beginning at 7:20 AM.  Elementary drop-off is just past that near the portables starting at 7:30.  Pre-K 3 may park in front of the building and drop-their students off each day, but they must use the pick-up line for after school.  Secondary drop off is along Fayette either beside alley or closer to Hornet Gym starting at 7:30.  PLEASE DO NOT DROP YOUR STUDENTS OFF BEFORE 7:30 UNLESS THEY ARE EATING BREAKFAST OR GOING TO A BEFORE SCHOOL SPORT... THERE IS NO SUPERVISION BEFORE THAT TIME)!  Elementary parents may walk their students to class the first three days, but they need to walk themselves to class after that.  We have plenty of staff at each drop-off and pick-up spot for supervision!  I will post a copy of the walker form for students wishing to walk/ride off at dismissal for elementary parents to print, sign, and return.  If you walk up to pick up your students, we ask that you grab your students and head on out.  It is difficult to maintain order and safety with extra bodies in the mix.  PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF OUR BUSES AT DISMISSAL! 

SCHOOL STARTS AT 7:50 AM AND ENDS AT 3:25 PM!  LET'S HAVE AN AWESOME SCHOOL YEAR!  WE ARE SO EXCITED!
