This year we continued the cardboard and duct tape boat builds as we learn about density and buoyancy. These young scientists learned to draw plans including dimensions, and attempted to execute those plans to the best of their abilities. They had a limit of 6 rolls of duct tape and some fared well and others not so much. Fun experiment that I stole from a great mentor! These kiddos had a blast and it’s been a great year. Nothing like ending the year in the pool!
